Payments

  • You can pay cash for the goods at a meeting in Kiev.
  • Card on the site (Visa, MasterCard). Payment is made through the service LiqPay from PrivatBank. Safe and secure.
  • Cash on delivery from NovaPoshta, for customers from Ukraine. The return payment service is paid by the buyer.

Delivery

  • You can pick up goods at a personal meeting in Kiev (Vinogradar).
  • We can send the goods by any post of Ukraine. NovaPoshta, UkrPoshta, InTime, etc.
  • For foreign customers, we ship orders with UkrPost only.
  • Delivery for Ukraine is paid by the buyer upon receipt of the order.
  • For customers not from Ukraine, the cost of delivery is calculated at checkout and is included in the total cost.

Goods return

You can return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of purchase. This right is guaranteed by the “Law on Consumer Protection”.

For buyers not from Ukraine, the return period is 45 days from the date of purchase.

Obligatory condition of return, the goods were not used.

Payment return

We return the payment to the bank card indicated by you within 3 business days after we receive the returned goods.

Or cash, immediately when you return the goods.
